"Out of date" on my movie

Your movie's video is built from its scenes. If you change a scene after the movie was rendered, the video you have doesn't include that change yet.

1. Open the movie. If scenes need a new render, a note names them, for example "2 scenes changed since they were last rendered: Intro, Offer."
2. Click Render them, then the movie. Explaindio renders those scenes first, then the movie. See "Scenes need a new render".
3. While it builds, you'll see Stitching your changes… the video above is the previous version.
4. When it's done, you'll see ✓ Your movie is ready. Click Download MP4 to save the new version to your computer.

If it doesn't work: You can still click Download the previous version while the movie is out of date. Common causes: you applied a Brand Kit, changed colors, or edited a scene after rendering.
