When a business opts out

Every email carries an opt-out link. Opt-outs are handled for you.

1. When a business clicks the opt-out link, it confirms on a simple page.
2. The business is marked Do not contact in your list.
3. Writing and sending are switched off for it, for everyone on your account.
4. Its history shows They asked not to be contacted.

If it doesn't work: There's no way to undo an opt-out from Explaindio. If the owner wants to hear from you again, they can write to you directly.
