See who watched and who replied

For: all plans

Each business keeps a history, so you know who to follow up with.

1. Open a business. Under the sample page link, you'll see how many times it was watched.
2. Under History, you'll see each email written and sent.
3. When a business replies, paste the reply and click They replied, or add a note with Add note.
4. In My list, filter by status to see who replied.

If it doesn't work: Views appear only after the owner plays the video on the sample page. Replies show once you've logged them.
