Add your sender details

Every email and sample page shows who it's from. You add those details once.

1. Open Sending settings.
2. Under Who your emails are from, fill in Your name, Your business, Reply email and Postal address.
3. Optional: add a Booking link, and a line About you, which the email writer may use. It never makes things up.
4. Optional: change the line under Why they're getting your email. It shows under your sign-off in every email, just above your address and opt-out link. It starts as "You're getting this email because {your business} makes videos for businesses like yours." To send no line, leave it empty. Once you've changed it, Use the default puts the starting line back.
5. Click Save.

If it doesn't work: If Explaindio says to add your details first, one of the four required boxes is empty. In the US, business email must include a valid postal address and a way to opt out.
